These terms govern your use of Disha, a product operated by Indesol Global LLP("Indesol Global", "we", "us"), registered at [Registered address — to be added]. By creating an account or using Disha, you agree to these terms.

What Disha is (and isn't)

Disha provides self-assessment tools — Business Growth, Life Growth, and the Elephant Identifier — for personal insight and reflection. Disha is not professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. Scores, verdicts, and AI-generated diagnoses are informational only. If you are in distress or need urgent support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

Your account

• You must provide a valid email address and sign in using the magic link we send.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since it is used to sign in.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Disha.
• You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate another person.

Plans and payment

Disha offers a Free plan (limited assessments, no PDF downloads, no full history) and paid plans — a recurring Pro subscription and a one-time Lifetime purchase — at the prices displayed on the Upgrade page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Pro subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your Account page; you will keep access until the end of your current paid period, with no further charges after that. We do not offer refunds, including partial or prorated refunds for unused time — see our Refund Policy for full details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Disha — including attempting to bypass plan entitlements or rate limits, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using the service to harm, harass, or deceive others.

Intellectual property

Disha's software, question banks, scoring logic, and branding are owned by Indesol Global LLP. Your own answers and generated results belong to you; we process them only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Disha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indesol Global LLP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Disha, or for decisions you make based on assessment results or AI-generated content.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Disha and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Jurisdiction — pending registered address], India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Disha after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
